Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before work begins.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, before the final deliverables are provided.
• For ongoing services, payment terms will be specified in the service agreement.
• Late payments may incur a late fee of 2% per month.
• All prices are subject to change with notice.

Project Timeline and Deliverables

Project timelines and deliverables will be specified in the project agreement. Digital Pixel will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines, but is not responsible for delays caused by client feedback, content delivery, or other factors outside our control.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide necessary content, information, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Review and approve deliverables within the specified timeframe.
• Ensure that you have the legal right to use any content you provide to us.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables provided by Digital Pixel, except for:

• Third-party materials (such as stock photos, plugins, or themes) which are subject to their respective licenses.
• Our proprietary tools, processes, and code libraries, which remain our property.

Digital Pixel reserves the right to display and link to your completed project as part of our portfolio and to write about the project for promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Digital Pixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if:

• The other party breaches a material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days.
• The other party becomes insolvent or enters bankruptcy proceedings.

If you terminate the agreement, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
