  • Digital Assets: Digital assets such as logos, design files, and other deliverables will be provided via email, cloud storage links, or other electronic means as specified in the project agreement.
  • Software and Applications: Access credentials or installation instructions will be provided via email after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes for our services are as follows:

  • Standard Projects: Delivery timeframes will be specified in the project agreement and will vary based on project scope and complexity.
  • Rush Orders: For expedited services, additional fees may apply. Please contact us directly to discuss rush order options.
  • Ongoing Services: For subscription-based services, access will be provided according to the terms specified in the service agreement.

Physical Products

In the rare event that we provide physical products (such as printed materials or hardware):

  • Shipping Methods: We use reputable courier services for all physical deliveries.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location, and will be communicated to you before finalizing your order.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order but may vary based on location and other factors.
