The deposit is non-refundable because once we begin work on your project, we allocate resources, decline other projects, and incur costs that cannot be recovered if the project is canceled.

Project Cancellations

If you need to cancel a project after work has begun:

  • The initial deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you have made payments beyond the initial deposit, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.
  • We will provide an itemized breakdown of the work completed and the corresponding costs.
  • Any refund will be calculated by subtracting the value of work completed from the total amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

Service Quality Issues

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services:

  • Please notify us in writing within 7 days of the service delivery or issue identification.
  • Clearly explain the specific issues or concerns you have with the service provided.
  • We will work with you to address and resolve these issues to your satisfaction.
  • If we are unable to resolve the issues to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial refund or credit toward future services, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription Services

For ongoing subscription services (such as maintenance plans or digital marketing services):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice.
  • Refunds for the current billing period are generally not provided for subscription cancellations.
  • Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • If you cancel within the first 30 days of a new subscription and are not satisfied with the service, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

Exceptions

No refunds will be provided in the following situations:

  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted.
  • Cancellations due to changes in your business circumstances or strategy.
  • Failure to provide necessary content, feedback, or information that delays project completion.
  • Changes to project requirements that were not included in the original scope.
